FAQ

Q: I have 6/7 people for a shared party, can I book?

A: Generally our minimum shared party booking is a table of 8 guests. Less than 8 people can book for a shared party as long as the full payment for 8 people is taken. The client will still have their own exclusive table.

Q: I have a party our 20 guests attending a shared Christmas party; please can we add the unlimited drinks package for 10 of us?

A: No, the unlimited beers, wines and soft drinks package must be bought for the whole group. The sprit tokens add on can however be added for only some of the group.

Q: Can I put spaces on hold at a shared party whilst we make a decision?

A: You can hold spaces for up to 7 days at any party, however please note you can only hold spaces at one date/party per group.

Q: Some of the guests need a halal meal, how much does this cost?

A: There is no additional charge for guests with a halal meat dietary requirement, similarly with dairy or wheat intolerances. Dietary requirements can be submitted online by logging in to your booking management system.

Q: My colleague needs a kosher meal; can I add this to my booking?

A: Of course, please note it comes at an additional cost of £120 + VAT (you will need to put this client in contact with a member of the catering team at fusion so that they can select from the separate kosher menu).

Q: When is the deadline to add people to my booking?

A: Whilst there isn’t a deadline as such, all places are subject to availability and if you are not holding any extra spaces we cannot guarantee that you will be able to add additional guests.

Q: How much is the deposit? How can I make a payment?

A: We ask for a £30 + VAT deposit per person when you confirm your booking. This can be paid online, by card over the phone or by BACs (an invoice can be downloaded from the online booking system).

Q: After I have paid my deposit, can I get some back if someone pulls outs?

A: Deposits are non – refundable however you will not have to pay the remaining balance for the guests who are no longer attending. (When guests are booking and seem unsure about numbers please ensure they know that deposits are non – refundable)

Q: Are we able to pick our menu?

A: For all our shared parties we offer a set menu with a vegetarian option. If any guests have dietary requirements we will cater to this.

Q: One of the guests is 17, is that ok?

A: Unfortunately we operate a policy at all of venues of strictly 18s and over, our security has the right to ask for ID if necessary.

Q: When do you need dietary requirements back by?

A: 6 weeks prior to your event date, this is the same for any drinks orders and final balance payments.

If we do not receive dietary requirements, all guests will receive the standard menu.
